Chumadimu Critical Raw Materials Holding Ltd. has been registered in the Republic of Rwanda with the Office of the Registrar General on August 16, 2024 under company code 123096372.

It is a domestic, private company limited by shares with legal offices located at Remera, Gasabo, Umujyi wa Kigali, Republic of Rwanda. Mr. Chris Picton Shyaka is the Managing Director of the company.

Currently, all of Chumadimu's shares are held by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), a body of the Republic of Rwanda and a government institution, mandated to accelerate Rwanda’s economic development by enabling private sector growth.
